  • 0.5 cup Whole milk
  • 2 stalks Scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil (for frying)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, sugar, salt, and black pepper.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
