Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 120 milliliters sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 stalks green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and black pepper.

Step 2

Coat the seasoned chicken pieces with cornstarch in a bowl, ensuring all pieces are evenly coated.

Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
