  • 15 ounces canned black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup sweet corn kernels, drained
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup water

Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the ground beef and cook until it starts to brown, breaking it up with a wooden spoon.
