  • 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 stalks Green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Cut the boneless, skinless chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and place in a mixing bowl.

Step 2

Season the chicken with salt and ground black pepper, then sprinkle the cornstarch over the chicken and toss to coat evenly.

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
