Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 whole fresh jalapenos
  • 2 tbsp pickled jalapenos
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a medium bowl, use a hand mixer or a whisk to combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.

Step 3

Finely dice the fresh jalapenos, removing the seeds for a milder heat level. Add the diced jalapenos to the bowl along with the pickled jalapenos.

Step 4

Stir in the honey, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly incorporated.

Step 5

Transfer the mixture into a shallow oven-safe dish (e.g., a 9-inch pie dish or similar). Smooth the top with a spatula.

Step 6

In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and stir in the panko breadcrumbs until lightly golden and toasted. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly over the top of the dip.

Step 7

Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Step 8

Carefully remove the dish from the oven and allow the dip to cool slightly for 5 minutes before serving.

Step 9

Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping.
