In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, and cardamom powder. Pour in the yeast mixture and melted vegan butter (75 g), then mix until a sticky dough forms.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 7-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Alternatively, use a stand mixer with a dough hook for 5-7 minutes.
Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling by combining the soft brown sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl. Set aside.
