  • 1 lemon
  • 1 onion

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Rinse the pork loin under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.

Peel and mince the garlic cloves. Combine them with olive oil, finely chopped fresh rosemary, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl to create a paste.
