Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, prepare the marinade by mixing lemon juice, lemon zest, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.

Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Pour half of the marinade over the chicken thighs, reserving the other half for later. Let the chicken marinate for at least 10 minutes (or up to 1 hour for added flavor).
