  • 0.5 cup Whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 piece Bay leaf
  • 3 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Whole milk (for béchamel)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 12 pieces Dried lasagna sheets
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil and butter in a large pot over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the diced onion, carrot, and celery. Sauté for 6-8 minutes until softened.
