  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 0.5 cup jarred roasted red peppers, drained and sliced
  • 0.25 cup kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the top third off the bread loaf horizontally and set it aside. Carefully hollow out the inside of the bottom portion of the bread, leaving a 1-inch thick shell.
