  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.25 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well-combined.
