  • 2 cups Fresh spinach leaves
  • 4 pieces Large flour tortillas
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 0.5 teaspoons Paprika (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Season the steak with salt, pepper, and half of the garlic powder. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side or until it reaches your desired doneness. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then thinly slice into strips.

Step 2

In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and butter. Once the butter has melted, add the shrimp. Season with salt, black pepper, and the remaining garlic powder. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from heat.

In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and chopped parsley until well combined.
