Ingredients

  • 12 oz Penne pasta
  • 1 lb Ground Italian sausage
  • 1 cup Pepperoni slices
  • 1 medium Green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium Yellow onion, diced
  • 0.5 cup Sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cups Pizza sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Cook the penne pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 3

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground Italian sausage and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Step 4

In the same skillet, add the diced bell peppers, onion, and mushrooms. Sauté for 5-7 minutes or until tender. Stir in the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat.
