  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • 0.25 cup Celery (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp Parsley (chopped, fresh or dried)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 0 Butter or nonstick cooking spray (for greasing)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan with butter or use nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon, eggs, breadcrumbs, and milk. Mix well to create a cohesive mixture.

Step 3

Add the finely chopped onion, celery, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix thoroughly, ensuring all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Step 4

Transfer the salmon mixture into the prepared loaf pan and press it down gently to form an even top.

Step 5

Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the loaf is set.

Step 6

Remove the loaf from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes.

Step 7

Carefully invert the loaf onto a serving platter or slice directly from the pan. Serve warm with a side salad, steamed vegetables, or your favorite sauce.
