  • 1.5 cups Zucchini, grated
  • 0.5 cups Walnuts, chopped (optional)
  • 0.5 cups Chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or spray with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
