  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and season both sides evenly with salt and black pepper.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sriracha, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, and cayenne pepper. Stir until dissolved and well combined.
