Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 loaf French baguette
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoons Red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the baguette into 12 equal slices, approximately 1/2-inch thick.

Step 2

Brush each side of the baguette slices with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and place them on a baking sheet. Toast in the preheated oven for 7-8 minutes, until golden and crisp. Set aside.

Step 3

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
