  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 1 medium Yellow onion, sliced
  • 8 ounces Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into oval patties.

Lightly dredge the patties in all-purpose flour, shaking off any excess.
