Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red chili, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 150 g green beans, trimmed
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 lime wedges
  • 4 cups cooked jasmine rice (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar until the sugar dissolves. Set the sauce mixture aside.

Step 3

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the vegetable oil.

Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and sliced chili. Stir fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
