Ingredients

  • 3 medium carrots
  • 2 large orange
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

  • 1 cup water
  • 4 pieces ice cubes

Directions

Step 1

Wash all the fruits and vegetables thoroughly under running water.

Peel the carrots, orange, apple, and ginger. Cut them into smaller chunks to make blending easier.

Juice the lemon and set the juice aside. Discard the seeds.
