  • 2 pieces large eggs

  • 125 grams all-purpose flour
  • 30 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 150 grams semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a heatproof bowl, melt the butter and the chopped dark chocolate together over a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, light brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until pale and fluffy, about 1-2 minutes.
