  • 1 loaf French baguette
  • 115 grams Unsalted butter
  • 4 units Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh basil, chopped
  • 150 grams Grated mozzarella cheese
  • 50 grams Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Step 2

Cut the French baguette into slices diagonally, about 2 cm thick, but do not cut all the way through. Leave the base intact to keep the loaf in one piece.

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.

Stir in the chopped parsley, basil, olive oil, salt, and black pepper into the melted butter mixture.
