  • 2 teaspoons Agar-agar powder (for firm slices)

Directions

Step 1

Start by soaking the raw cashews in hot water for 15 minutes. If you're short on time, you can skip this step and use a high-powered blender instead.

Drain the soaked cashews and transfer them to a blender.

Add 1 cup of fresh water, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and turmeric powder to the blender.
