  • 2 tablespoons Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons Optional: Coffee liqueur or rum

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mascarpone cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Step 3

Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined, forming a light and airy cream.

Pour the cooled espresso or brewed coffee into a shallow dish. If using, stir in the coffee liqueur or rum.
