  • 500 grams ground pork
  • 60 grams breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 120 milliliters ketchup
  • 60 milliliters white vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 150 grams pineapple chunks
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Use your hands to mix until well combined.

Step 2

Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. You should get approximately 20-24 meatballs.
