  • 4 pieces bone-in pork chops
  • 1 cup peach preserves
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh or canned peach slices

Directions

Step 1

Season the pork chops with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the seasoning evenly on both sides.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together the peach preserves, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar until smooth. Set aside.

Step 3

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.

Sear the pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until browned. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
