Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground chicken
  • 150 grams Wild mushrooms (such as shiitake, oyster, or cremini)
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 large Egg
  • 75 grams Rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a loaf pan with olive oil or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

Clean and chop the wild mushrooms into small pieces. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the mushrooms with a pinch of salt until softened and most of the moisture has evaporated, about 5 minutes.
