  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 240 milliliters whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).

In a large bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated and the mixture resembles wet sand.
