  • 3 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Chopped almonds
  • 0.5 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 0.5 cup Shredded coconut (unsweetened)
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup Dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup Dried mango (chopped)
  • 0.5 cup Golden raisins

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped almonds, pumpkin seeds, and shredded coconut.

Step 3

In a small saucepan, warm the honey, coconut oil, and ground cinnamon over low heat until melted and combined. Stir well.

Pour the honey-coconut oil mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly to ensure everything is evenly coated.
