  • 2 tablespoons orange juice (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (for glaze)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat the unsalted butter and granulated sugar using an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
