Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup Frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup Fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tablespoon Honey (optional)
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Directions

Step 1

Gather all the ingredients and ensure the fruits are prepped. Peel the banana and, if not using store-bought frozen mango and pineapple, cut fresh mango and pineapple into chunks and freeze them overnight.

Step 2

Add the frozen mango chunks, frozen pineapple chunks, and the peeled banana into a blender.

Step 3

Pour in the fresh orange juice and plain Greek yogurt into the blender over the fruits.

Step 4

If you'd like the smoothie to be sweeter, add the optional honey at this step.

Step 5

Add the ice cubes to the blender for a frosty texture.

Step 6

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add more orange juice, a little at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.

Step 7

Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately for the freshest taste.
