Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground turmeric (for color)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Paprika (optional, for garnish)
  • 2 cups Water (for soaking cashews)

Directions

Step 1

Place the raw cashews in a bowl and cover with 2 cups of water. Soak for at least 2 hours or overnight. For a quicker method, pour boiling water over the cashews and let them sit for 15 minutes.

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
