  • 0.5 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 0.25 cup Ketchup (for glaze)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until just combined—do not overmix to prevent a dense meatloaf.
