  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 3 cups chicken broth

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped (optional) parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Step 2

Place the chicken breasts in a large pot, cover with chicken broth, and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked. Remove the chicken and let it cool slightly before shredding.
