Ingredients

  • 4 pieces tortilla wraps
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 4 pieces lettuce leaves
  • 1 whole avocado
  • 8 slices smoked turkey slices
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 0.25 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon slices until they are crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Place the cooked bacon on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease.

Step 2

While the bacon cools, wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves. Set them aside.

Step 3

Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and carefully scoop the flesh out with a spoon. Cut the avocado into thin slices or mash it into a spread, depending on your preference.

Step 4

Wash and slice the tomatoes into thin rounds.

Step 5

Warm the tortilla wraps slightly in a dry skillet over medium heat for 10-15 seconds on each side or wrap them in a damp paper towel and microwave for 20 seconds to make them pliable.

Step 6

Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise evenly over each tortilla.

Step 7

In the center of each tortilla, layer 1 lettuce leaf, 2 slices of smoked turkey, 2 slices of bacon, a few slices of tomato, and some avocado. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and black pepper for added flavor.

Step 8

Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.

Step 9

Cut each wrap in half diagonally for easy serving. Serve immediately and enjoy!
