Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 0.5 cup Sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach leaves (chopped)
  • 0.75 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 12 pieces Toothpicks

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast without slicing all the way through.

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, chopped fresh spinach, shredded mozzarella cheese, and minced garlic. Mix well to form the stuffing.
