Ingredients

  • 0.5 pound Ground beef (85% lean)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 4 pieces Sun-dried tomatoes (in oil)
  • 5 leaves Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 Hamburger buns
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese slices
  • 1 cup Arugula or mixed greens
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently with your hands until just combined. Form into two evenly sized burger patties, about 4 inches in diameter.

Step 2

Place a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
