  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for garnish)
  • 6 leaves fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Drain the sun-dried tomatoes from their oil and roughly chop them. Reserve 1 tablespoon of the oil for cooking.
