  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Water (as needed)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a food processor, combine the canned chickpeas, sun-dried tomatoes, tahini, olive oil, minced garlic, and fresh lemon juice.

Add the cumin powder, paprika, and salt to the mixture.
