  • 12 sheets Lasagne sheets
  • 3 cups Cooked shredded chicken
  • 0.75 cup Sun-dried tomatoes (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cups Ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the lasagne sheets according to the package instructions, then drain and lay flat on a clean kitchen towel to prevent sticking.

In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
