Ingredients

  • 12 ounces penne pasta
  • 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Directions

Step 1

Cook the penne pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
