  • 2 tablespoons Fresh mint leaves

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing your fruits. Chop the watermelon into bite-sized cubes (yielding about 4 cups). Hull and halve the strawberries. Peel and core the pineapple, then chop it into bite-sized pieces. Peel and dice the mango. Peel and slice the kiwi into thin rounds.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, mango, and kiwi slices.
