  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Trim any excess fat from the beef, then slice it thinly against the grain into bite-sized strips.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, cornstarch, and 1/4 cup water. Add the sliced beef to the bowl and let it marinate for 10 minutes while you prepare the vegetables.
