  • 4 pieces brioche burger buns
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 50 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 75 grams sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 12 slices sliced cucumber
  • 8 slices sliced red onion
  • 1 cup arugula

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, kosher salt, and black pepper. Mix gently with your hands until just combined. Form the mixture into 4 evenly sized patties, each about 2 cm thick. Use your thumb to create a slight indentation in the center of each patty (this helps them cook evenly).
