  • 100 g Fresh blueberries
  • 100 g Graham crackers (crumbled)
  • 10 leaves Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

1. Chill a mixing bowl and beaters in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before starting.

2. Open the can of chilled coconut cream, scoop out the solid cream, and discard any liquid. Place the solid cream into the chilled mixing bowl.

3. Using an electric mixer, whip the coconut cream on high speed for 2-3 minutes until it becomes fluffy and forms soft peaks.
