Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized cucuzza squash
  • 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 medium red onion
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese

Directions

Step 1

Wash and peel the cucuzza squash. Using a mandoline or a sharp knife, slice the squash into thin ribbons or rounds. Place the slices in a large mixing bowl.

Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Add them to the mixing bowl with the cucuzza squash.
