  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 tomato

  • 3 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoons olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet or toaster to medium heat.

Step 2

Brush the artisan bread slices lightly with olive oil on both sides.

Step 3

Toast the bread slices in the skillet or toaster until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Set aside.
