  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 large Egg

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and stevia granules together until light and fluffy using a hand mixer or stand mixer.

Mix in the unsweetened applesauce, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
