  • 0.25 cups Chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 0.25 cups Raisins (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, cinnamon, and baking powder, mixing well.

Grate the apples using a box grater or food processor and squeeze out any excess liquid using a kitchen towel or cheesecloth.
