Ingredients

  • 1 packet (0.3 oz) Sugar-free gelatin mix (any flavor)
  • 0.5 cup Boiling water
  • 0.5 cup Cold water
  • 1 cup Milk (unsweetened almond milk or any milk of choice)
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla extract (optional)
  • 0 Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Pour the sugar-free gelatin mix into a heatproof bowl or jug.

Step 2

Add 0.5 cup of boiling water to the gelatin mix and stir until completely dissolved (about 2 minutes).

Step 3

Stir in 0.5 cup of cold water and mix well. Set the gelatin mixture aside to cool for about 5 minutes.

Step 4

In a blender, add the cooled gelatin mixture, 1 cup of milk, and 1 cup of ice cubes.
